Registration
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Registration Form and Abstract Submission Deadline: 8th October 2023.
- Final Paper Submission Deadline: 15th October 2023.
The participation fee is 60 Euro for the papers presented within the Conference and 80 Euro for the papers that were evaluated through the peer-review process and were accepted for publication, but were not presented during the event. The participation fee includes: the conference outline, participation certificate, paper review, publication, coffe-break.
The Conference Proceedings will be issued with ISSN, in compliance with the International practices, and will be indexed in the International Data Base (IDB) EBSCO, CEEOL, PROQUEST.
The participation fee will be paid after the peer-review process has been completed and the author(s) received the confirmation for participation and publication of the paper – 1st November 2023.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- The papers can be presented at the conference, or on-line.
- One author (including co-authors) can submit a maximum of two papers.
- The paper must be edited in accordance with the Conference template (available on the website of the conference), in one of the following languages: English or French.
- The papers will undergo the peer-review process in order to be published in the Conference Proceedings. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select the papers chosen for publication, based on their compliance with the proposed topics and editing requirements. Only papers approved through the peer-review process, and which respect the submission guidelines (detailed in the article template) will be accepted and published.
- Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the participation fee.
- Complying with the above-mentioned deadlines is mandatory.
