Participation rules
- Read carefully the registration information and inform your co-authors.
- If you agree with the rules above, fill in the Registration Form by October 8th 2023.
- Submit full-text paper according to our article template by October 15th 2023. Click here to download article template
- The participation fee will be paid after the peer-review process has been completed and the author(s) received the confirmation for participation and/or publication of the paper (by November 1st 2023).

Submit yet non-published original articles in any of the following topics:
- Musicology
- Ethnomusicology and Ethnology
- Sacred Music
- Music Education
- Performing Arts
- Music Therapy
- Book Reviews
All articles will be peer-reviewed
- Articles will be peer review and Published by Transilvania University Press, Brasov, Romania.
- All articles are published on that site to enable worldwide indexation in various databases (EBSCO, CEEOL, PROQUEST and other).
- This site only links to the articles published therein. The proceedings of the conference will be published in a conference proceedings book which will be submitted for indexation.
Publication of articles
- The conference languages are: English and French.
- Once registered, the paper can be either presented online or submitted online.
- The conference volume will be issued with ISSN, in compliance with the International practices and will be indexed in the International Data Base (IDB).

Submission details
- Submit via email the copyright agreement. Download Agreement here.
- One author (including co-authors) can submit a maximum of two proposals.
- The works sent by you as an author and/or co-author will enter the qualitative evaluation process (peer-review).
- Your proposal must respect the proposed theme and the conference template.
