Registration and Important Dates:
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 1st September 2024
- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: 22nd September 2024
- Final Paper Submission Deadline: 1st November 2024
- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection for Publication: 1st December 2024
Participation fee:
80 Euro
The participation fee includes: the conference outline, participation certificate, coffee-break.
Accomodation and transport of the participants is not included in the participation fee.
Deadline for the payment of the Participation fee: 1st November 2024, after receving the confirmation that the paper has been accepted.
Please note that the payment of the Participation fee does not guarantee the publication of your paper (which must be approved by the reviewing committee).
Late payment: for participants who pay the participation fee after the above-mentioned deadline, or during the Conference, the fee is 100 Euro.
Presentation:
You can present your work in two formats: in person or virtually (for authors who wish to present online).
The presentations may be carried out in the following languages: Romanian, English, or French.
In-person poster presentation – only for MA and BA students: Your poster will be on exhibition during the Conference presentation sessions.
