The participation fee for the conference is 100 euros. Payment details will be sent to your email after your submission has been reviewed and approved.
The fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions, as well as coffee and lunch breaks.

A limited number of papers will be selected for publication, following the evaluation and peer-review process, in the Bulletin of the Transilvania University of Brașov – Series VIII: Performing Arts.
No additional publication fee will be charged for selected papers.
The journal is an international academic publication indexed in EBSCO, CEEOL, Crossref, and ERIH PLUS.
